We're looking for an experienced temp/freelance recruiter to join us! This can be Senior Consultant level & above!

£30,000-£45,000 basic + 33% commission + an extra 20% for everything you bill over £275K

What are we looking for?

• You will have 1-5 years experience in a temp or freelance market ideally real estate or a property recruitment market and be confident in both business development and candidate attraction
• The market is fast paced and has a quick turnaround in placement of candidates, so you’ll enjoy managing multiple processes at any one time
• You’ll enjoying working as part of a team and you’ll bring new exciting ideas to the team
• You’ll be energetic, positive and a real people person. This is a relationship lead market, so you’ll be good at creating rapport quickly and creating long lasting relationships with clients
