Anzurra is offering a rare opportunity to join our team in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment - particularly in commercial construction, contract management, or legal markets - who wants more: more autonomy, more responsibility, and more reward.

While this is not a Director title from day one, you’ll be joining with a clear path to reach it. If you perform, equity and leadership opportunities will follow.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our leadership team to grow a specialist recruitment desk and team across international construction markets - placing high-calibre talent into permanent roles in quantity surveying, contract management, claims, disputes, and construction law.

You’ll be supported and coached, but given room to operate and grow. While we aren't a big corporate or established brand, we do expect urgency, ownership, and consultative delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in QS, commercial, contract management, or legal across construction and real estate
• A driven and entrepreneurial mindset – someone who wants to build something
• Strong communicator who values honesty, precision, and follow-through
• Someone excited by the idea of international work and client travel
• Ambition to grow into a leadership and equity-holding role
