Navartis Ltd is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Leeds to attract and place candidates across its core sectors. You will build client relationships, generate opportunities and manage the full life-cycle of recruitment with a focus on delivery and growth.

The role offers a base salary up to £35,000 plus an uncapped commission scheme, with Monday–Friday hours and clear progression opportunities within a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Using sales, networking and business development to attract client business.
• Developing an understanding of client companies to build strong relationships.
• Attracting candidates via social media, referrals, networking and job boards.
• Screening and interviewing candidates by telephone in a largely telephone-based role.
• Taking a consultative approach to salary, market knowledge and career opportunities.
• Engaging with clients and candidates to drive successful placements.

• Bonuses in excess of £2,000 per month (our record to date is in excess of £7,500)

Key responsibilities for a Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.

• Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business is key in order to build better, stronger relationships with client companies.

• Attracting candidates by using a wide range of means including using social media, seeking referrals, networking and utilising job boards

• Screening and interviewing candidates via the telephone - This is a very telephone intensive role

• Take a consultative approach to both your clients and candidates giving advice on salary levels, market knowledge and career opportunities.
