Role: Senior Talent Partner 360

Location: 22 Bishopsgates, Liverpool Street, with 2 days home office!

Your mission

As a Talent Partner (360), you will create exceptional experiences for our community, representing Elemed to candidates and clients in your market. Your goals include winning business, building relationships, networking, managing client relationships, and recruiting candidates.

Company-facing responsibilities
  • Develop long-term client relationships by understanding their structure, culture, and hiring needs
  • Understand client requirements to offer tailored solutions
  • Leverage Elemed solutions in talent management, pitch and negotiate contracts, and develop proposals
  • Build strong commercial relationships and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams
  • Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets
  • Train new team members
  • Lead by example in recruitment practices
Candidate-facing responsibilities
  • Manage inherited relationships within our talent community
  • Run search campaigns online and offline, using creative approaches
  • Conduct market mapping and headhunting to establish yourself as a key talent scout
  • Monitor market movements for M&As and other opportunities
  • Manage candidate communications from initial contact to offer negotiation
  • Provide interview coaching and career advice, promoting Elemed solutions
  • Convert cold candidates into warm prospects
  • Use CRM to record and manage all interactions
  • Uphold company values and service standards
  • Drive leads through CV profiling, reference checks, and interviews
  • Handle CV preparation and administrative tasks
  • Perform other relevant duties as required

What we are looking for

This role suits someone who enjoys a full-cycle recruitment process, building relationships, and problem-solving. You should be skilled at working with people, building trust, and being a strategic partner. Requirements include:

  • Honest, upfront communication style
  • 3+ years of permanent, candidate-short, technical recruitment experience
  • Experience in European/international markets
  • Relevant industry experience in medical devices or diagnostics with existing relationships
  • Proven track record of overachieving targets
  • Independent, urgent, and resourceful working style
  • Strong search skills (LinkedIn, Boolean, headhunting, lead gen, CV stripping)
  • Consistent placements over at least a year
  • Resilient, creative, curious, process-oriented, relationship-builder
  • Second language skills are a plus
