TYG is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow a desk in the architectural, engineering & construction space from our London team. You will build and deepen client partnerships, deliver senior‑level candidate management, and shape hiring processes with direct access to directors.

We're hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

We're a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA. After a record start to 2026, we're growing again – currently 24 people, with plans to reach 40 over the next three years.
