Job summary

TYG in London is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and scale our AEC recruitment desk. You will build strong client partnerships, manage senior candidates, and drive market insight across USA clients while working in a hybrid setup.

The role offers autonomy, exposure to leadership, and a high-performance culture with back-office support to maximise billing and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) sector.
• Strong client-management and ability to grow revenue.
• Willingness to lead, mentor and scale a recruitment desk.

We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA. After a record start to 2026, we’re growing again – currently 24 people, with plans to reach 40 over the next three years.
