The Opportunity

This role is suitable for a recruitment consultant with 12 months or more experience, either within a 360 Recruitment Consultant position. You will be part of a team of 4, with the chance to influence the growth and strategic direction of the team and business. Your focus will be on placing Senior Finance professionals into Banking Institutions across the UK.

The Role:

You will handle the entire candidate and client lifecycle from initial contact to aftercare, focusing on delivering consistent performance with energy, credibility, and gravitas.

This includes:

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Client acquisition
• Advising and providing feedback to candidates
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and headhunting
• Lead generation through relationship building

What we are looking for:

We prefer candidates with 12 months or more recruitment experience, ideally in recruiting for A&F / Senior Finance positions.

The ideal person will:

• Have 12 months or more recruitment experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Be fluent in English
• Be proactive and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
• Be able to work autonomously within a team
