The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Construction & Civil Engineering division in the USA market. You’ll focus exclusively on business development (180 role), working alongside a dedicated team of resource specialists who will deliver high-quality candidates for the roles you win. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role where your success is supported and rewarded.

• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 12pm–8pm (flexible); Friday, 5 hours WFH & flexible
• Commission Structure: Commission paid monthly; payout calculated quarterly, allowing you to stay in higher brackets longer; no cap on earnings – top billers thrive
