Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for supporting recovery and driving positive change? Join our dedicated team as a Senior Recovery Practitioner and help shape the future of substance misuse support in your community.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recovery Practitioner, you will support staff and those who use our service. As a Senior Recovery Practitioner within a multi-disciplinary team, your expertise will contribute to effective interventions, improved health outcomes, and meaningful progress in recovery for people across the community.

You will require the following:

  • have experience of line management.
  • be part of a high-performance team that focuses on outcomes and welcomes innovation.
  • have line management responsibilities of a team of recovery & wellbeing practitioner, ensuring best practices in substance misuse support.
  • provide expert advice and guidance to individuals experiencing substance misuse challenges.
  • hold a case load of complex cases, develop tailored care plans that support harm reduction, recovery, and access to treatment.
  • offer non-judgmental, trauma-informed interventions in a safe and supportive environment.
  • link in with local services to reduce the barriers faced by individuals using our service.
  • contribute and attend relevant multi-agency meetings.

The Service

This service is an established Community Integrated service that is well performing and highly functioning, it is CQC registered to provide a range of clinical interventions including BBV & health interventions, OST, and community detox alongside a comprehensive psychosocial and recovery focussed model.
