Job summary

The role focuses on leading QoS strategy across Arm-based systems, from mobile devices to datacenters, with significant influence on system architecture and QoS demonstrations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to specify QoS requirements, guide architecture decisions, and demonstrate QoS capabilities in both theoretical and real-system contexts

Qualifications

• Experience building systems with robust QoS capabilities for hard real-time devices.
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to build consensus across teams.
• Solid understanding of QoS theory and evaluation of approaches.
• Experience of RTL design and its impact on system area, speed and power.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting language.
• Self-motivated to set and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Specify QoS requirements across the IP portfolio to meet real-time, power, performance, and interference targets.
• Distill QoS requirements with solution architects and specify QoS aspects of system architecture.
• Collaborate with AMBA and Arm architecture teams to enable future QoS capabilities.
• Define and lead methodologies to demonstrate QoS architecture meets requirements in theory and in real systems.
