Job summary

Kroll's Real Estate Advisory Group in London seeks a Senior Associate to deliver independent commercial property valuations for institutional and corporate clients. You will inspect properties, analyze leases, assess market data and develop valuation reports to high professional standards, supporting senior staff and clients across the UK and Europe.

The role requires ARCS Registered Valuer status or eligibility, 3+ years’ post-qualification experience, and strong skills in Argus and Excel.

Qualifications

• RICS Registered Valuer status or eligibility and willingness to obtain registration immediately on joining.
• Minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property valuation.

Responsibilities

• Undertake commercial property inspections independently across the UK.
• Review and analyse leases, tenancy schedules, title information and other property documentation.
• Assess market rents, yields, capital values and other valuation assumptions.
• Prepare valuations for assets and portfolios per RICS Global Standards and Kroll requirements.
• Build valuation models using Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and Excel.
• Apply valuation methodologies including comparable, investment, residual and DCF.
• Prepare clear, accurate valuation reports.
• Manage valuation instructions from information gathering to delivery.
• Communicate with clients regarding requirements, findings and progress.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines; support junior colleagues.
• Contribute to proposals, client relationships and business development.
