Anakin Seal Legal is seeking a senior Corporate Lawyer to join its Commercial Services team in Manchester. You will drive strategic direction, lead on high-value corporate transactions and mentor junior lawyers while expanding the client base.

The role offers senior level responsibility, strong business development opportunities, and a collaborative national practice with focus on growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in corporate law.
• Experience handling M&A, restructures and private equity matters.
• Proven track record of business development and client acquisition.

Responsabilités

• Lead growth of the corporate practice through BD and relationship management.
• Advise on mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations, restructures and PE matters.
• Draft, negotiate and review shareholder and investment agreements.
