We’ve seen a growing demand for experienced Property specialists within the legal profession, particularly at the senior level. 1. Lead domestic and international real estate transactions for clients in infrastructure, retail, and government.
2. Advise on development, investment, and leasing matters; draft and negotiate key real estate documents.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; strong experience in due diligence and asset/portfolio management required.
4. Handle acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development for commercial clients including pension scheme providers.
5. Draft and review contracts and titles; mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
6. Requires 6+ years’ PQE with strong communication skills and a client-focused approach; competitive benefits offered.
7. Advise on hotel, leisure, and city-centre development projects, including Build-to-Rent and luxury hotel deals.
