Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is recruiting for an Associate and/or Senior Associate to join their Real Estate Team in Edinburgh.
This role offers the opportunity to provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, especially hotel and leisure transactions, and to contribute to major projects. Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ PQE with strong commercial real estate experience.
Our client is also recruiting a Senior Associate for their Commercial Real Estate Team in Edinburgh, advising on retail, leisure, healthcare, and investment sectors. Responsibilities include handling various property transactions, with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
Additionally, a role is available for an Associate or Senior Associate to advise public sector clients on commercial property matters, requiring at least 4 years’ PQE.
The firm is also hiring for a role in the Clean Energy Real Estate Team, focusing on renewable energy projects, with candidates having 1-5 years’ PQE and experience in renewables.
A Partner position is open for an experienced lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE, preferably based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, to lead the Real Estate Team.
Lastly, a Commercial Property Solicitor role is available in Edinburgh, Dundee, or Glasgow, open to candidates from NQ to Senior Associate levels, with experience across various property transactions.
