Turner & Townsend in Leeds is recruiting multiple project management professionals to join our Real Estate team. You will deliver construction and refurbishment schemes in the Retail sector, leading end-to-end commissions and interfacing with clients to meet objectives.

Responsibilities cover strategic input at inception, governance setup, detailed planning, resource procurement, cross-functional leadership and ongoing performance monitoring with KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant discipline (desirable).
• Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential).

Aufgaben

• Lead project management commissions with end-to-end service delivery.
• Be the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects delivered on time, within cost, and to quality standards.
• Provide strategic input at project conception and advise on approaches to achieve client objectives.
• Establish overall success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment considerations.
• Establish governance, processes and systems for the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed project plans and oversee procurement of resources.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage change control.
• Oversee project finances and reporting, including regular client communications.
• Interface with client and other consultants at all stages of the project.
