Job summary

RPC’s UK Real Estate practice, based in Bristol and London, invites applications for an Associate or Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE. You will bring strong real estate disputes experience, particularly in contentious lease renewals, lease obligations, possession claims, and property insolvency, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will manage your own matters, supervise junior fee earners, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in real estate litigation with commercial drivers.
• Experience managing complex matters and supervising junior fee earners.
• Strong technical communication with commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain your own caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervise junior fee earners and contribute to BD.
• Build internal and external relationships to deliver client service.
