Job summary

RPC's Real Estate team in London seeks an Associate/Senior Associate with 4-7 years' PQE in commercial real estate to handle transactional matters across investment, occupier and development work. You will support partners, liaise with clients, and collaborate with tax, construction, corporate, and finance colleagues.

You will contribute to a collaborative culture, manage relationships with clients, and help drive profitable, high-quality real estate work for a top-tier practice.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years PQE or equivalent in commercial real estate.
• Strong transactional real estate experience across investment, occupier and development.
• Collaborates with tax, construction, corporate, finance and insolvency teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take a supporting role in transactions, working closely with partners and team members.
• Manage client liaison and all landlord and tenant work.
• Assist on portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
• Coordinate with other firm teams to provide integrated solutions.
