Job summary

AJ Chambers is seeking a senior solicitor to join its established commercial real estate practice in Manchester. You will work alongside experienced lawyers on high-quality matters, with a strong focus on client service, development and career progression.

You will handle a broad range of real estate transactions, build enduring client relationships and contribute to mentoring junior colleagues within a collaborative culture that values work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in corporate and/or transactional real estate.
• Strong track record of complex real estate transactions.
• Experience advising repeat clients across investment, development and asset management matters.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years PQE experience in corporate and/or transactional real estate
• Strong track record of complex real estate transactions and meaningful deal experience
• Experience advising repeat clients, ideally across investment, development and asset management matters
• Established market profile and strong client relationships, with relevant contacts across the target client base
• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Comfortable working collaboratively other parts of the business
• Candidates from private practice, competing professional services firms or in-house will be considered
