Job summary

AJ Chambers, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its commercial real estate team in the UK. You will work with senior lawyers on high‑quality matters and benefit from a supportive environment and clear career progression.

You will provide strategic advice across a broad range of real estate matters, manage client matters to successful completion, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 years PQE in corporate and/or transactional real estate.
• Proven track record of complex real estate transactions.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience advising repeat clients across investment, development and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Leading and project-managing transactions through to completion.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years PQE experience in corporate and/or transactional real estate
• Strong track record of complex real estate transactions and meaningful deal experience
• Experience advising repeat clients, ideally across investment, development and asset management matters
• Established market profile and strong client relationships, with relevant contacts across the target client base
• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Comfortable working collaboratively other parts of the business
• Candidates from private practice, competing professional services firms or in-house will be considered
