The Role

You will be working in a highly rated Legal 500 Real Estate team, working on exciting and large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, retail, investment and infrastructure to name a few.

Your role will provide you with exposure to the full range of Real Estate work in relation to these key projects, such as negotiating/drafting leases and options, securities, servitudes, portfolio management, conducting due diligence and much more.

The role is ideal for candidates with experience in real estate development, particularly in site assembly and strategic land acquisitions and disposals. A strong understanding of clawback and overage agreements is essential, as you will be advising on complex transactional structures within these areas.

You will also be working alongside renowned colleagues, placing you in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country. The Ideal Candidate

• Is a driven Real Estate Solicitor with 8+ years of PQE
• Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients alike
• Is technically strong with up-to-date and relevant Real Estate knowledge
• Able to handle a diverse set of cases and collaborate with a wide range of clients, with a keen interest in fostering and growing client relationships.
