Role

As a Real Estate Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the firm's real estate practice. You'll work with high-profile clients across a variety of sectors, advising on complex, business-critical and high-value real estate matters. This is an opportunity to shape the direction of a dynamic team within a forward-thinking firm.

You will be responsible for managing and executing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and developments. Your role will also involve nurturing existing client relationships while proactively driving new business opportunities. You will support a diverse client base including developers, investors, financial institutions, and corporate occupiers.

Collaboration is key to the firm's approach and you'll work closely with colleagues across corporate, banking and litigation teams to deliver seamless, integrated legal solutions. A key part of the role also involves mentoring and developing junior lawyers, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous professional development.

To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 8 years Real Estate PQE and a strong track record of leading high-value transactions. You'll bring a commercially focused mindset, excellent client relationship skills and a well-established network in the sector. Strong leadership, team management and cross-functional collaboration abilities are essential, along with a passion for developing talent and driving strategic growth.

Ideal Candidate

• A driven 8 + Real Estate Solicitor looking to grow in a Top 50 firm
• Experience advising on high-value commercial and real estate transactions
• A client following would be advantageous, but is not essential for success in this role
• Proven track record in complex acquisitions, disposals and leasing's
• Strong leadership in managing teams and driving business development within the real estate sector
