Job summary

Falconsmartit in Belfast, UK, seeks a Senior Framework Architect (React) to lead the development of the React UI Library for our internal Design System. You will work with the Design and Technology teams to ensure the framework is stable, scalable and aligned with our design standards.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience with TypeScript, React and design systems, plus strong knowledge of HTML/CSS. Expect collaboration across squads, agile processes and modern tooling such as Bitbucket,

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience writing professional-quality shared component libraries.
• Experience with design systems and scalable React components.
• Ability to write well-documented, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the React UI Library aligned to the Design System.
• Support Angular Component library where applicable.
• Mentor team on migration paths and best practices.
• Investigate bugs and reduce risk for users.
• Manage framework upgrades and feature requests.
