Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer for a fully remote role based in the United Kingdom. You will design, develop, and maintain features and a React-based editor spanning web, desktop (Electron), and cloud services.

The ideal candidate has strong React (hooks, context API, Redux Toolkit), modern JavaScript (ES6), and Node.js experience, plus proficiency with Material-UI. Familiarity with Electron, Storybook, UI/UX, Three.js, Python, Jira, Unity/WebGL, and AI/ML integration is a

Qualifications

Expertise in React with hooks, context API and modern state management (Redux Toolkit).
Strong JavaScript (ES6) and Node.js skills.
Proficient with Material-UI (MUI).
Experience with Electron, Storybook, UI/UX, Three.js, Python, Jira is a plus.
Experience or interest in Unity, WebGL, or similar interactive tech is beneficial.
Keen interest in integrating AI/ML into web apps.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement new features and components across the app and React-based editor for web, desktop (Electron), and cloud/edge services.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using Agile workflows.
Participate in discovery sessions, road-mapping, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
Document architectural decisions and improvements.
Troubleshoot and optimise application code and cloud-based APIs for performance and security.
