Job summary

M-Sport UK, based in Brackley, seeks a Senior Rally Technician to lead the build, prep and maintenance of top-tier rally cars for WRC, W2RC and customer programmes. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to maximise performance and reliability, while supporting events across the calendar.

The role demands hands-on experience with rally car builds, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication. Safety and precision are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge of modern rally cars, including suspension, drivetrain, electrical systems and sub-assemblies.
• Hands-on experience in car builds and rebuilds, including full strip-downs and re-preps.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the build, preparation, and maintenance of rally cars to the highest standard.

Provide on-event support at tests, rallies, and customer events – both nationally and internationally. Mentor Junior Technicians and support knowledge sharing across the team. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, with meticulous attention to detail and safety.

What you need
