Job summary

RTS Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead multiple railway depot and infrastructure projects at Holbeck Depot, Leeds. You will drive safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality and compliance across the portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, oversee performance, manage risks and collaborate with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to maximise value and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level construction/rail project delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety controls.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple railway depot and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure delivery safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Lead planning, resources, and delivery strategies across a project portfolio.
• Develop client relationships and represent the business at meetings and reviews.
• Mentor Construction Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams.
