Access Talent Group in London is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of rail renewals and electrification across a major framework. You will own forecasts, cost control, reporting and robust governance while coordinating with delivery teams to optimise value.

The role requires strong NEC contract knowledge (NEC4), senior stakeholder management and a proactive, organised approach to drive performance in a high-volume programme.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or senior commercial leadership role within rail or infrastructure.
• Strong experience on rail renewals, electrification, maintenance or similar infra frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of NEC contracts, ideally NEC4.
• Demonstrable experience in financial forecasting, cost control, commercial reporting and performance management.
• Experience managing purchase orders and commercial commitments; Oracle knowledge advantageous.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to present commercial reports.
• Experience maintaining robust governance, contractual records and audit-ready processes.
• Ability to bring commercial and operational teams together to improve delivery and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
