Octavius Infrastructure in London is seeking a Commercial Manager to own a defined rail framework, leading the commercial team and working with operations and clients to deliver profitability. You will own the framework’s commercial performance, provide governance, clarity and advice, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure accurate financial information and timely reporting to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial management experience within civil engineering or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading and developing commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, forecasting, CVRs and contract administration.
• Ability to manage commercial risk, change and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial performance of the framework, including forecasting, cost control, cash flow and reporting.
• Manage monthly CVR process and identify variances with remedial actions.
• Provide commercial insight to support decision-making.
• Manage contractual risk, change and opportunities.
• Support pre-delivery activity, including estimates and contract reviews.
• Maintain strong governance, compliance and audit standards.
• Build relationships with clients, project teams and supply chain partners.
• Develop and lead the commercial team to perform at their best.
