Qualifications

• Project Management experience in rail/civil projects.
• PTS/SMSTS certification.
• Degree/HNC/HND in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing a portfolio of schemes at varying stages of the project life-cycle.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects from pre-qualification to completion.
• Ensure contract parameters are understood and resourced for the site team.
• Ensure contract execution aligns with the requirements.
• Deliver contracts within the programme and budget.
• Control and manage subcontract resources.
• Monitor contract progress and report to the Framework Manager.
• Identify business development opportunities.
