United Lincolnshire Hospitals is seeking a motivated Radiotherapy Physics professional to join the Lincolnshire Oncology Centre. The role focuses on delivering a high-standard radiotherapy physics service, ensuring accurate calibration of treatment machines and routine quality control for equipment used in planning, verification and treatment.

The post involves a full-time contract (37.5 hours per week) with potential early starts or late finishes and rotaed weekend working.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the delivery of the technological aspects of radiotherapy service.
• Assist in providing professional technological leadership in an area of expertise locally.
• Assist in maintaining and developing high standards of service provision throughout their area of responsibility.
• Assists in developing, implementing and monitoring clinical and organisational strategies within areas of expertise.
• Contributes to service and staff development.
• Responsibilities in specialist project areas.
