A leading healthcare provider seeks a Band 6 Senior Radiographer for a 12-month fixed-term contract in a supportive environment. The role involves working across multiple imaging modalities and participating in a teamwork-focused, patient-centered care setting with opportunities for professional development.
Job summary
We are looking to recruit a Band 6 Senior Radiographer, for a 12 month fixed term contract, to work in our friendly radiology department in Haywards Heath.
There has never been a better time to join our team, as the department has recently undergone significant redevelopment works. These include the purchase of brand new, fully integrated, digital x-ray rooms and a new CT scanner, as well as purpose built patient facilities.
As a Band 6 Radiographer, you will have the opportunity to rotate through several modalities including plain film, CT, fluoroscopy, mobiles and theatres. The job role will involve participation in the out of hour's rota.
The Trust's specialised and tertiary services include arterial vascular surgery, neonatal, paediatrics, cardiac, cancer, renal, infectious diseases and HIV medicine.

Main duties of the jobThe post-holder will be expected to participate on the out of hours (OOH) and extended working day rotas providing 24 hour cover for the PRH site
