Job summary

Accelero, located south of Cambridge, is seeking a Senior RF Electronics Engineer to join an innovative team tasked with developing advanced RF, radar, communications and sensing systems.

You will drive RF products from concept through design, build, testing and verification, requiring strong RF/microwave expertise and hands-on testing experience. This role also anchors leadership within a multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' post-graduate RF design experience.
• Strong RF, microwave and analogue design/simulation skills.
• Experience designing RF amplifiers, filters and frequency synthesisers.
• Experience taking products/modules from concept through to design verification.
• Strong practical RF testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Radio and/or radar systems.
• OpenCPI, STICS or SOSA.
• Team leadership/line management.

The Role

You’ll work on varied, technically challenging projects, taking RF products and systems from concept through design, build, testing and verification.

Key experience:

• Degree/MEng in Electronic Engineering or similar
• 6+ years' post-graduate RF design experience
• Strong RF, microwave and analogue design/simulation skills
• Experience designing RF amplifiers, filters and frequency synthesisers
• Experience taking products/modules from concept through to design verification
• Strong practical RF testing and troubleshooting experience
• Radio and/or radar systems
• OpenCPI, STICS or SOSA
• Team leadership/line management
