The role:

The Team Lead for the RF & Antenna Team will oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex RF systems within the UK defence industry, combining technical RF design expertise (30MHz to 30GHz) with leadership and project management skills to lead a high-performing team.

What we want from you:

• Provide technical and functional leadership, inspiring high-performing teams.
• Experience in RF circuit design and testing at the component level across 30MHz to 30GHz, including LNAs, amplifiers, filters, oscillators, synthesizers, and modulators.
• Strong understanding of digital, analog, and power supply design principles.
• Proficiency with RF and antenna design tools (e.g., Microwave Office, HFSS).
• Knowledge of modern radio transceiver system architecture and design.

Security Clearance: Must have British citizenship or dual nationality with British citizenship.
