The role:

The Team Lead for the RF & Antenna Team will lead the design, development, and delivery of complex RF systems within the UK defence industry. This involves technical RF design (30MHz to 30GHz), leadership, and project management, overseeing a team to deliver innovative solutions on time, within budget, and to high standards. • Experience in RF circuit design and testing at the component level across 30MHz to 30GHz, including LNAs, amplifiers, filters, oscillators, synthesizers, and modulators.

• Proficient in RF and antenna design tools (e.g., Microwave Office, HFSS).
• Knowledge of modern radio transceiver system architecture and design.
