Lucion Services Ltd in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Radiation Protection Advisor to join our established team. You will provide clear radiation protection guidance across diverse projects onsite and offshore, helping clients stay compliant and safe.

Ideal candidates hold valid RPA certification, have sector advisory experience, and can translate complex regulations into practical solutions while mentoring trainees.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RPA certification.
• Experience advising within at least one relevant industry sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, practical radiation protection advice to clients.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, procedures and technical documentation.
• Conduct onshore and offshore audits, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Deliver radiation protection training courses.
• Mentor trainee RPAs working toward RPA2000 certification.
• Share insight and best practice across projects and sectors.
