Wordsmith is building the legal operations platform for in-house teams, and we are growing fast. You'll own R&D hiring from intake to signed offer: Product Engineers, Applied AI and LLM Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers and Designers.

You'll partner with engineering and product leaders to define what great looks like at each level, run technical processes that candidates respect, and close people who have offers from AI labs and big tech. This is not a coordination role.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting at product-led tech companies.
• Experience hiring software engineers (3+ hires per quarter).
• Able to discuss stacks, levels and system design with engineers.
• Proven track record with measurable outcomes (hires, offers, performance).
• Experience sourcing engineers directly via GitHub and communities.
• Fluent with AI in recruiting workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver bar-raising R&D hires each quarter.
• Own a fair and fast recruiting process optimized to hire the best talent.
• Source engineers directly via GitHub, research communities, alumni networks.
• Run fast technical loops: tight take-homes, calibrated interviewers, fast debriefs.
• Own the candidate journey from first message to day one, with competitive offers.
• Report on your funnel weekly and fix based on data.
