Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex programs in life sciences or biotech.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and delivery skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and business audiences.
• Life Sciences degree; postgraduate qualification advantageous; PMP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs with defined scope, timelines, and quality.
• Build relationships across R&D, technical, commercial and regulatory teams.
• Drive governance, risk management and decision-making throughout the lifecycle.
• Represent stakeholder interests while balancing priorities.
• Mentor colleagues and share project management best practices.
• Ensure data quality and alignment with PMO standards.
