Job summary

Kier Group is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water Framework team, supporting the commercial management of the Water Framework project across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. The role offers remote working with occasional travel to the office, and a 45-hour week with some flexibility.

• Experience managing valuations, project cashflows and cost reports.
• Knowledge of procurement strategies and reviewing subcontract tenders.
• Providing expert contractual advice and handling documentation.
• Driving commercial initiatives and developing margin improvement plans.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members to meet targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing valuations, project cashflows and producing cost reports.
