Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking UK-based Quantity Surveyors willing to relocate to the United States to work on major data centre developments across Dallas, Tulsa, Omaha, Kansas City and Amarillo. The role offers a salary range of $140,000–$160,000 plus a 10% annual bonus, plus a relocation package of $10,000–$12,000 and unlimited paid time off.

Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years of experience, strong cost management skills, and hold a British passport; relocation sponsorship

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Strong commercial and cost management experience.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.
