Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with complex structural refurbishment is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, contract detail and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Commercial ownership of major packages (demolition, underpinning, temporary works, buildersworks, reinforced concrete).
• Drive cost planning, variations, CVRs, final accounts and cash flow to protect margins.
• Handle procurement, contract negotiation and monthly valuations with subcontractors.
• Partner with Tier-1 contractors and clients to manage risks and maximise profitability.
