Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is representing a long-established Main Contractor delivering refurbishment, fit-out and framework projects across London and the South East. They seek an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio from their South East London office.

You will handle CVRs, valuations, variations, cost reporting and contract management on projects ranging from £100k to £2.5m, visiting sites across London and supporting

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor.
• 5+ years experience on projects (project/intermediate level or AQS ready to step up).
• Main contractor experience preferred; consultancy candidates with contracting exposure considered.
• Experience with CVRs, valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail.
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a supportive commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing CVRs and cost reports.
• Managing valuations and variations.
• Commercial reporting and subcontract management.
• Working on JCT contracts and framework agreements.
• Visiting sites across London while supporting project delivery from the South East London office.
