A prominent civil engineering firm is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee costs for ongoing projects. You will be responsible for managing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with governance, and analyzing project costs. The ideal candidate should possess a civil engineering background, RICS Membership, and be proficient in various contract forms. Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering and contract law.
• Proficient in operating the NEC3 Options A, B and C contracts.
• Capable of producing robust Cost Plans and CVRs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all costs relating to civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with third parties.
• Monitor subcontract activities and analyze commercial progress.
