About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Build team in South East England / London. The role involves detailed cost control, recovery of value, and maintaining relationships with supply chain and subcontractors. The candidate should have excellent commercial acumen, experience with JCT contracts, and a full driving license.

Responsibilities include establishing project budgets, reviewing contract terms, procurement, cost reporting, contract administration, liaising with clients, managing staff resources, delay analysis, subcontract issues, variation management, cash flow forecasting, procurement liaison, and attending meetings.
