Job summary

Foster & May Limited is a Hertfordshire-based specialist Project Management and Quantity Surveying consultancy seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the head office. You will manage healthcare projects up to £100m, work on site with clients and support junior QS staff.

The role requires a quantity surveying degree and ideally MRICS, with a consultancy background and the ability to run projects from inception to completion in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar required.
• MRICS qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects including theatres, refurbishments and large-scale offices.
• Work with the QS Director and team to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Interact closely with clients on site and mentor junior QS staff.

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
