Job summary

Mint Selection is seeking Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors for contract opportunities in the United Kingdom. These roles will involve managing project costs and commercial activities related to renewable energy projects, such as solar PV and wind developments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, valuations, and commercial reporting activities.
• Prepare forecasts, variations, and contract administration documentation.
• Support budget control and cost management across project delivery.
• Work closely with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with commercial and contractual requirements.
• Support claims management and commercial negotiations where required.
