ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £20m.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs to maximize project profit margins and ensuring timely payments while developing future client relationships.

Requirements

• This role is best suited for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, but candidates at an Intermediate level seeking career growth will also be considered for the Senior position.
• Previous experience with Estimating.
• Proven skills with civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractors.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years of experience with Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractors.
