Job summary

RHA Commercial Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their rail systems team and manage commercial aspects across multiple projects in Wales, London and the South of England.

You'll deliver monthly CVRs, forecasts and cashflows, handle payment applications and final accounts, and oversee subcontract procurement while maintaining strong NEC contract discipline. Experience in rail contracting or Network Rail exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Quantity surveying experience in rail/infrastructure.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• CVR, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Rail contracting or Network Rail exposure preferred.
• Experienced Quantity Surveyors ready to step up into a Senior role are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly CVRs, forecasts and cashflows.
• Handle payment applications, valuations and final accounts.
• Manage subcontract procurement and accounts.
• Administer compensation events, variations and change control.
• Oversee commercial risk and project reporting.
