Job summary

Currie & Brown UK Limited is seeking ambitious and highly motivated Quantity Surveyors/Cost verification consultants and project cost audit analysts with UK infrastructure/rail experience to join our team. Roles span from MRICS-qualified QS to Associate Directors, delivering pre- and post-contract commercial services and supporting bids.

We value mentoring, strong report writing, and client-facing skills as you help manage complex cost control on major UK projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on £100m+ UK infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts.
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting bids for new work.
• Strong report writing, client communication and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissions to deliver high-quality commercial services across projects.
• Mentor junior staff and assist bids for new work.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams and clients to provide robust cost control.
