Senior Quantity Surveyor – Freelance – Residential Developer

This successful residential developer in Kent has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance basis for a period of 9 months.

Location: Based on a new site in Chatham, Kent

Project Details: 172 houses and 80 apartments across 2 phases, part of the affordable homes and key worker scheme.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing CVRs, cash flows, payments, site meetings, variations, and subcontractor management.
2. Leading the commercial aspects of the project as the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a lead Senior Quantity Surveyor within residential development.
• Experience working with leading residential developers.
