What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Background with a Tier 1 contractor (or equivalent large-scale contractor)

• Experience in high-rise residential or major project delivery

• Strong commercial and contract knowledge (JCT/NEC)
