Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Experience in Property Services, Planned Maintenance, Social Housing, Refurbishment or Main Contracting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial performance across planned works and refurbishment programmes
• Oversee cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting
• Lead subcontractor procurement and ongoing management
• Handle valuations, payments and final accounts
• Administer contracts and manage change
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with operations to deliver projects commercially and efficiently
